Help getting a new video card!
Alright so I'm pretty bad at computers and I'm pretty tired of my crappy integrated Intel chipset bs card. So I want a new video card (one that can run the game at a decent FPS rate, this one runs at 20ish~) but i realized i dont have one of those PCI Ex16 Slots. All I have is 2 PCI Slots and a PCI Ex1 slot. One PCI slot is being used (by the intel thing I guess) so I have 1 pci and 1 PCI e x1 free.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...PCI+Express+x1
Those are the two I could find (apparently the second one is for 2D only), the first one looks good but I really don't know if it is or if it's compatible with my computer.
So if anyone can find a good card, i'd appreciate it. Money is not an issue!

what is the model of your motherboard? Though it is possible, I'd think it unlikely that you would have a PCIe x1 slot without any additional PCIe buss, since manufacturers have a tendency to lean towards at least a buss size of 18 (1 PCIe x 16, 2 PCIe x 1), especially intel who invented the PCIe specification. Are you positive that you only have two PCI ports and a PCIe x1, nothing else at all on the board?

it doesn't sound like you opened up the case and checked what slots you actually have. the intel graphics shouldn't be taking up a pci slot. so open up the case and describe (or take a picture) of the slots you see.

Yeah I did open it, there's a sticker inside which lists all the stuff in it. There's
[PCI Connector 1]
[PCI Connector 2] (Which after not being so stupid look what was at the back and it was my ethernet cable, so that's my internet thingy I suppose)
[Slot 1] PCI Express x1
And that's it, Thoughts?

Eh..if you have the money build a new computer? PCI is dead, really dead for GPUs. Investing more money into it is...pointless.

Well I don't plan to buy a new one in the next couple months so i'd just rather get a decent video card that allows me to play GW at a better FPS.
